Antiques World

Leading antique dealers specialising in fine English Antique furniture

The Brief

Antiques World, formerly known as Driscoll’s Antiques, is an established family-run business who specialise in selling genuine, authentic antique furniture in the UK. They sell their furniture through their online store and at their large warehouse in Lancashire. The owner, James Driscoll, was looking to update his online presence and we proposed that we would redesign his website to bring it up to date and make it more user-friendly. The new website also needed to have a bigger focus, not only the products but the blog too, to help boost SEO.The Result

The Result

We gave the Antiques World website a brand new look that is clean, fresh and sophisticated, with a warm, elegant colour palette that matches the photography on the site. The new website has an eye-catching banner image on the homepage that instantly draws users in. Products and product categories are clearly laid out and an intuitive category menu makes browsing furniture much easier than before. The site is also now much more dynamic, pulling in related content such as reviews and blog posts on the store pages. The blog is now an integral part of the website too, and we created custom sections for the blog posts to show related products for sale and sold, so users are always able to easily find their way back to the related store pages. The new website has also been further optimised for SEO and has a PageSpeed score of 90%.

We have been with Ben and Faye from the start of our business. Since then they have been apart of helping our business grow through our web site. They have recently redesigned our website to keep up with the more modern approach. We highly recommend We Are Cuppa as a company and can’t thank themenough for all the work we have received to date, they have been very helpful and understanding that we needed a lot of help with our website. We look forward to continue to work with them in the future.
